APPEAL AGAINST REFUSAL OF PLANNING PERMISSION AND LISTED BUILDING CONSENT REFUSED!

 

Following a Government Reporter’s site visit, the appeal against refusal of planning application and listed building consent lodged by the owners of 13 Algie Street (Church on the Hill) has been refused.  The Reporter’s decision is final, subject to the right of any aggrieved person to apply within six weeks to the Court of Session.

 

The Community Council and local residents who campaigned against the change of use will welcome this decision.
