During the last year we have:

• led the Scottish Government funded pilot project for the Queen’s Park Performance Space
• won Area Committee grants for restoring the paths, getting more lighting and replanting in the Bluebell Wood area.  We have also won a grant to have planter troughs installed in Langside Place
• Successfully negotiated for a replacement pedestrian traffic island between Langside Library and the Victoria Hospital
• Secured modifications to planning applications for the Tesco Express in Millbrae Road
• Successfully opposed planning applications contrary to the local plan, insensitive to the surrounding area and community
• Prevented an advertising hoarding on the Battlefield Monument roundabout
